IMPORTANT – Terms & Conditions of your Order:
♦ We are currently accepting Orders for hand carved candles, however, DURING HOT SUMMER MONTHS we do not ship hand carved candles if the temperature is 90 degrees or above.
♦ Hand carved candles usually ship in about 1-3 weeks
♦ We CANNOT guarantee a delivery date – NO Exceptions!
♦ There are No Returns allowed for hand carved candles or personalized items.
♦ You must watch your email for UPS tracking information or phone us in 2-3 weeks after placing your order for an update.
♦ You are responsible to be available for delivery so the candle does not sit somewhere hot and melt. Leaving a package outdoors is at the UPS driver’s discretion – we have no control over this and will not be responsible for any damage caused. You can leave your driver a note or contact UPS with the tracking# to make arrangements to pick up your package at your local UPS Center.
♦ NEVER leave a candle unattended – under ANY circumstances! We shall not be held responsibility.
♦ Use common sense – NEVER allow children to “play” with a lighted candle or leave them unattended with a burning candle!
Please Note:
♦ Extra-care packaging required. Candle is wrapped in foam rubber, bubble wrap & surrounded by packing peanuts; shipped in a new carton, fully insured.
♦ Save the carton and packaging for safe storage throughout the year!
