\n\u2666 \u00a0We CANNOT<\/strong> guarantee a delivery date – NO Exceptions!
\n\u2666 \u00a0There are No Returns allowed for hand carved candles or personalized items.
\n\u2666 \u00a0You must watch your email for UPS tracking information or phone us in 2-3 weeks after placing your order for an update.
\n\u2666 \u00a0You are responsible to be available for delivery so the candle does not sit somewhere hot and melt. \u00a0Leaving a package outdoors is at the UPS driver’s discretion – we have no control over this and will not be responsible for any damage caused. \u00a0You can leave your driver a note or contact UPS with the tracking# to make arrangements to pick up your package at your local UPS Center.
